PACKAGES

Terms and Conditions:
A deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure and lock in your date. An invoice will then be emailed to you with payment instructions.
In the event of unpredictable and extreme weather (heat, rain or wind) then your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

Packages are as follows and includes the following:

$250 x 4 people

$450 x 6-8 people

$550 x 10-12 people

$650 x 14-16 people

$750 x 18-20 people

$850 x 22-24 people

$950 x 26-30 people

- Delivery, setup, pack down and pick up with 25km of 2161

- Rugs

- Tables

- Cushions

- Place setting per person (cutlery, plates and glassware)

- Table decor (runners, lanterns, centrepieces)

- Ice bucket with complimentary water

- Sign of your choice

EXTRAS

Perfect Execution

Collaborating with some amazing small business the following can be added to your package for an additional price:

- grazing boxes

- ballon arches and garlands

- backdrops

- cupcakes

- sugar cookies

- celebration cakes

A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date, this will be deducted from your balance.
